For 25 years, Mental Health Uganda has worked alongside communities to break the silence around mental health. What began as a movement for dignity and inclusion has grown into a national voice for mental health rights, awareness, and support. As we mark this milestone, we celebrate the courage of people who speak up, the dedication of advocates and partners, and the progress made in bringing mental health closer to the people who need it most. Together, we continue building a Uganda where every person can seek help, be heard, and live with dignity.
